Special evening opening to the public of the Vasari Corridor only

Tickets are now on sale for the special evening opening to the public of the Vasari Corridor only, every Friday from 3 July to 20 November 2026, from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm (last admission at 9.50 pm)

The meeting point is at the entrance to Piazzale degli Uffizi, next to the Loggia dei Lanzi

PLEASE NOTE

Visitors must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled entry time. Failure to arrive on time will result in the loss of entry. Due to group size restrictions, it will not be possible to join a group that has already started its tour.

Visits will start at the following times: 7.00 p.m. - 7.20 p.m. - 7.40 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. - 8.20 p.m. - 8.40 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. - 9.20 p.m. - 9.40. p.m. - 9.50 p.m. (Gallerie degli Uffizi staff accompany visitor groups but they are not tour guides)

Booking is compulsory for all categories of visitors, with no exceptions for tour guides, people with disabilities and their carers, or children under the age of 6

At the entrance to Piazzale degli Uffizi, next to the Loggia dei Lanzi.

The exit will lead from the Boboli Gardens directly to Piazza Pitti, via the Rondò di Bacco gateway.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of data collected following consultation of the above-mentioned sites are the following entities designated by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:
Swypelab and Sicuranext, as providers of web platform development and maintenance services.

Personal data are also processed by the Data Controller’s staff, acting on the basis of specific instructions regarding purposes and methods of processing.

Scope of data communication

Data may be communicated to:
• all subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data by virtue of legal or administrative provisions;
• the cultural venue for which the ticket is being purchased, subject to consent to subscribe to the newsletter service, and to third-party companies whose products or services are offered or sold via the CoopCulture website (in particular, companies or entities organizing concerts, shows, sporting events or other events whose tickets are sold via the website);
• companies or third parties responsible for printing, envelope stuffing, shipping and/or delivery of tickets purchased via the website;
• postal services, couriers or shipping companies responsible for delivering products purchased via the site;
• banks and companies managing national or international payment circuits through which online payments are made for products purchased via the website;
• companies, consultants or professionals appointed for the installation, maintenance, updating and overall management of CoopCulture’s hardware and software or those used by the company to provide its services;
• companies or Internet providers responsible for sending documentation and/or informational material;
• other companies belonging to our group, with offices in Italy or abroad, within the European Union;
