LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data indicated in this privacy notice are processed by the Data Controller:

Newsletter
Site visitors may choose to subscribe to the coopculture.it newsletter to periodically receive updates on news promoted on the site.
The tool used for sending and managing the newsletter service is Sendinblue, an email address management and mailing service provided by Brevo (formerly SENDINBLUE) – 55 rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France.
Personal Data collected: common data and email address.

The newsletter is sent by email to those who explicitly request it by completing the relevant form and authorizing coopculture.it to process their personal data. Providing data is optional; refusal to provide data makes it impossible to receive the newsletter service.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of data collected following consultation of the above-mentioned sites are the following entities designated by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:
Swypelab and Sicuranext, as providers of web platform development and maintenance services.
Personal data are also processed by the Data Controller’s staff, acting on the basis of specific instructions regarding purposes and methods of processing.
Scope of data communication
Data may be communicated to:
• all subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to personal data by virtue of legal or administrative provisions;
• the cultural venue for which the ticket is being purchased, subject to consent to subscribe to the newsletter service, and to third-party companies whose products or services are offered or sold via the CoopCulture website (in particular, companies or entities organizing concerts, shows, sporting events or other events whose tickets are sold via the website);
• companies or third parties responsible for printing, envelope stuffing, shipping and/or delivery of tickets purchased via the website;
• postal services, couriers or shipping companies responsible for delivering products purchased via the site;
• banks and companies managing national or international payment circuits through which online payments are made for products purchased via the website;
• companies, consultants or professionals appointed for the installation, maintenance, updating and overall management of CoopCulture’s hardware and software or those used by the company to provide its services;
• companies or Internet providers responsible for sending documentation and/or informational material;
• other companies belonging to our group, with offices in Italy or abroad, within the European Union;
• all public and/or private entities, natural and/or legal persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Labor Offices, etc.), where communication is necessary or functional to the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations and legal requirements.
Data will not be disclosed, except in anonymous and aggregated form, for statistical or research purposes.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing (Arts. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
